CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS OF AGE STAY FREE

BAR BREAKFAST SUPPLEMENT EURO 4.00 PER PERSON PER DAY

Accommodation will be delivered at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be released by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
No more people are allowed than are provided for each individual housing unit. Any additional persons will be admitted with the prior authorization of the Directorate with payment of the relevant fee.
NO SUBSTITUTIONS OF PERSONS DURING THE STAY ARE PERMITTED.

BUNGALOWS: from August 2nd to August 22nd they will be rented weekly (stays from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday). In the remaining periods of opening free stays (at the discretion of the Management).

DAILY GUESTS: Upon payment, daily guests are allowed from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (no exceptions are allowed). Daily guests are not accepted during the period 13-18 August.

THE RESIDENCE FORMULA INCLUDES: bed and bath linen with weekly change (change on Saturday mornings for stays longer than one week), refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, parking space next to the bungalow, pool entrance from 01/06/2026 to 30/09/2026 (swimming cap required) with umbrella service during the opening period (one umbrella and two sun loungers per unit), playground. Sports field and equipment (unless available), entertainment service from June 27, 2026 to August 30, 2026. The use of the hob is free during weekly stays.

THE RESIDENCE FORMULA DOES NOT INCLUDE: tourist tax equal to euros 2.00 per person per day and everything not included in “The Residence Formula includes”
PETS: Small pets (maximum 2 units) are permitted upon payment of €40.00 for disinfestation of the accommodation with no access to the swimming pool, playground and bistro. Owners are reminded of the ethics of animal keeping (envelope in tow).

EXTRA LINEN CHANGE: towel set (a tarp, a face and a guest) €7.00 per change. Change of bed linen: single euro 7.00, double euro 10.00. Accommodation cleaning on request euro 40.00.

MANAGEMENT HAS THE OPTION’ TO REMOVE FROM THE FACILITY CUSTOMERS AND GUESTS WHO DO NOT OBSERVE THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS
